EVENPRIME currently ships to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, the UK, Australia, and select international markets. Customers may experience longer delivery times when orders are shipped outside of the continental US. International orders can take up to 6 weeks due to customs clearance. We offer three shipping speeds in the continental United States:
Standard (4-9 business days): $5
Expedited (2-3 business days): $10
Rush (1-2 business days): $20
Standard shipping is free with the US for purchase of $30 or more. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process your order.
Orders placed prior to 1:00 PM PST will begin processing same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST (or Fri thru Sun) will begin processing the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information the day your order ships.
International orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive after they are shipped, since all orders must pass through customs. Unfortunately, the speed of this process is beyond our control.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier can take up to 2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updated or working, please don’t hesitate to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into this for you.
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please e-mail email@example.com.

Due to limited availability, please note all non-skincare related items (such as merch) are final sale.
We process orders as quickly as possible, which means that there’s little time to make adjustments. If you wish to cancel or make any similarly urgent request, please email us at email@example.com within 1 hour of placing your order.
We can assist you most quickly if the relevant request and order number are included in the subject line. If you wish to update your shipping address, we kindly ask you please include the new address in your email. However, as we cannot make any changes once your order is shipped, we cannot guarantee these requests will always be accommodated.
Any order/product issues must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days from its delivery date. We take full responsibility for damaged/defective products.
We will accept returns on unused and unopened products within 7 business days from their delivery date. Before doing so, we would greatly appreciate if you could notify us so that we can monitor its safe return back to our warehouse. Once the package is confirmed to be returned, we will be processing your refund upon checking the condition of the products. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange. Please note that any orders that received free shipping will be refunded the total amount minus the initial shipping fee of $7 for US orders and $20 for non-US orders. Please expect your refund to be processed within 5-10 business days!
If you plan to return an unused/unopened product, please make sure to write the order number on the box, email us the tracking number of the return package, and keep the shipping label for your records! Please note that any additional shipping and handling fees will not be covered unless there was an error on our end.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if a product did not work out for you.
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

For international orders $50 and under:
Canada: $15 shipping
Rest of the World: $20 shipping
International orders $50-100: $10 shipping
All international orders above $100 ship free.
Subscriptions must be cancelled 5 business days before your next shipment. Return policy does not apply to subscriptions.
