    Where does EVENPRIME ship?

    EVENPRIME currently ships to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia and select international markets. Due to COVID-19, Customers may experience longer delivery times when orders are shipped outside of the continental US.

    International orders can take up to 4 weeks due to customs clearance. We are working diligently to bring EVENPRIME to all far corners of the world!

    Tell me about shipping to the U.S.

    Orders must be placed by 10 am PT to start processing the same day. Processing time typically takes 1 business day (Monday-Friday) unless expedited shipping is selected.

    All $30+ orders qualify for free shipping in the continental US.

    We offer the following options in the continental United States:

    Standard (5-8 business days): $5.95 

    Expedited (3 business days): $15

    Please note during holidays, new product launches, restocks and promotions, order processing times may be subject to delays. 

    EVENPRIME shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier. EVENPRIME is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility ONLY. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

    Tell me about shipping outside the US.

    All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your EVENPRIME order and/or shipping total. EVENPRIME is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

    Canada Orders US$74.99 and under: Shipping Fee Calculated at Checkout

    Canada Orders above US$75: $10.99 shipping

    All other international market orders under US$100: Shipping Fee Calculated at checkout.

    All other international market orders above US$100: $19.99 discounted shipping

    All international orders above US$100 will ship via DHL express.

    Do I qualify for free shipping?

    Standard shipping is free with the US for purchase of $30 or more. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order.

    When will my order ship?

    Orders placed prior to 10 AM PST will begin processing same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST (or Fri thru Sun) will begin processing the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information the day your order ships.

    International orders shipped via First Class International can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped. DHL Express can take up to 7 days. All orders must go through recipient's border control. Unfortunately, the speed of this process is beyond our control. It is the customer's responsibility to track their orders. 

    I'm having issues tracking my order.

    Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier can take up to 2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updated or working, please don’t hesitate to e-mail hello@evenprime.co. so we can look into this for you.

    How can I change the country I am shopping in?

    To change the country you are shopping in, click the currency selector on the upper right corner of your screen and select the correct one.

    How do I place a return or exchange?

    We’re here to help you in any way we can! Please e-mail hello@evenprime.co. with your order number (EP#) and the product(s) you would like to exchange or return. We’ll take care of the rest.

    What's your return policy?

    If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of your order being delivered to you. If your delivery date has exceeded 30 days, we, unfortunately, can not offer a refund or exchange.

    Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. We cannot take returns on overly used products, as determined by EVENPRIME. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Refunds for orders with free or discounted shipping rates will exclude standard shipping and handling rates. Items denoted as seasonal promotions (e.g. "Black Friday"), "Limited Edition", "Last Chance", "Final Sale" or non-skincare merchandise are not eligible for return.

    How long does it take to process a refund?

    Credit card refunds usually take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Please check with your payment provider for more details. 

    I received the wrong product!

    Oops! If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please e-mail hello@evenprime.co and we’ll send you the right product as soon as possible!

    What is the return policy for subscriptions?

    Subscriptions must be cancelled 5 business days before your next shipment through your customer account. Return policy does not apply to subscriptions. 

    How can I change my subscription preferences?

    Login to your EVENPRIME customer account. From the customer portal, click "Manage Subscriptions." For optimal viewing, login on desktop. You may have to refresh your page a few times.

    In your customer portal, you can update your shipping address, delivery schedule, product quantity, cancel or skip your order, as well as swap products.
