Dear EP Community, as a brand based in Los Angeles, we are witnessing each day since the #BLM protests began, just how much strength is in unity. We believe it is critical that we provide our support. That's why we chose to donate to Black Visions Collective, a non-profit organization for black liberation based in Minnesota. We will continue to actively support #BlackLivesMatter and stand in solidarity with the victims of police brutality and their families seeking justice.
We encourage our community to join us in supporting organizations leading the fight for change. To support Black Lives right now, we've put together a list of charities, initiatives and brands to support, organizations to follow, ways to activate beyond social media, podcasts to listen to, books to watch - all of which can be found below. We will continue to update this list, so please get in touch with any new suggestions.

In what ways does my proximity to whiteness afford me privileges that aren’t extended to Black and Brown People?
In what ways have I been conditioned to believe in the superiority of whiteness?
In what ways have I engaged in rhetoric that promotes othering of stereotyping of Black People?
What can I do better to educate myself on the historical context of race in the country and community I exist in?
